bypassing any number of Phoenix agencies. This isn't the first time a local-market company goes with out-of -town talent and it likely won't be the last. The fact of the matter is that some marketers feel they have to look beyond their borders to get the best work, but does that risk angering the local community? Area agencies may care, but will consumers notice?
