Incumbent Carmichael Lynch Will Defend Against Three Semifinalists

DETROIT (AdAge.com) -- Porsche Cars North America today whittled the list of its seven semifinalists to four for its estimated $40 million consolidated national creative and media account.

Interpublic Group of Cos.' Carmichael Lynch, Minneapolis, the incumbent on the national creative, will remain to defend against independent Cramer-Krasselt, Chicago; Interpublic Group of Cos.' Martin Agency, Richmond, Va.; and independent SS&K, New York.

Fall decision expected
Ark Advisors is the consultant. Ark principal Ann Billock told Advertising Age a decision is expected in early fall.

Carmichael Lynch won the carmaker's creative account in early 1999 after a review. Kastner & Partners, Los Angeles, is the media incumbent.
