TIMEX NARROWS REVIEW TO THREE

Agency for $5-$10 Million Account to Be Chosen Next Month

BOSTON (AdAge.com) -- Timex Corp., Middlebury, Conn., has narrowed its review to three agencies bidding to handle its $5 million to $10 million advertising account.

Finalists are Boston independent Modernista and New York-based shops Bartle Bogle Hegarty, which is partially owned by Publicis Groupe, and independent Kirshenbaum Bond & Partners.

A winner will be chosen next month, according to consultant Pile & Co., which is supervising the review.

The watch marketer's former agency was Publicis' Fallon Worldwide, Minneapolis.
