JWT, a WPP Group-owned agency, and McCann, part of the Interpublic Group of Cos., have long-standing relationships with packaged-goods giant Unilever. JWT has worked with Unilever for more than 100 years on various brands. Current JWT brands include Thermasilk, Ragu and Lever 2000. Other Unilever agencies are Interpublic's Lowe and WPP's Ogilvy & Mather Worldwide. The Vaseline brand team will be based out of New York.

McCann continues to handle the Vaseline Intensive Care creative outside the U.S.

Media buying duties for Vaseline Intensive Care brands, currently handled by WPP's MindShare, were not part of the shift.
