SAN FRANCISCO (AdAge.com) -- Robert Mondavi Corp. narrowed to five the agencies seeking its estimated $10 million-plus Woodbridge advertising account, an executive for the vintner said.
Those shops are
Omnicom Group's GSD&M
, Austin; Richards Group, Dallas; Interpublic Group of Cos. shops Deutsch
and incumbent Dailey & Associates, both Los Angeles; and Venables
, Bell & Partners, San Francisco, said Dennis Joyce, senior vice president of Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi.
Robert Mondavi's other account, the family image advertising, is not in review and is still at Dailey. That business is estimated at $5 million.
Richard Roth Associates, New York, is the consultant handling the review. A decision on the Woodbridge review will be made by the end of April.
Media for the two accounts, currently at Dailey & Associates, may be consolidated later.
