This office boasts an enviable open bar, as well as a dogs-allowed policy. The interactive digital agency also offers employees gym memberships or a $50 per month "wellness allowance." Employees are eligible for the monthly ZAAZ Hero Award, which rewards creativity in the office with a monetary gift.

The company has also launched a formal program called zInnovate, founded to encourage and execute employee innovation. For ideas to be considered, employees must make a written pitch to the zInnovate team, which reviews all the pitches, and ultimately provides resources and funding to the idea most creative and relevant to the ZAAZ client.

The company has also created an app known as zApp, which is a communication tool developed to promote collaboration and awareness across departments. Located in Seattle's Time Square building, the office promotes an open environment through large open spaces, floor-to-ceiling windows, a lack of cubicles, "collaboration spots" with couches and whiteboards or flat screens, and the zBar for events, staff meetings and happy hours.
