EPrize's employees say they love coming to work each week to its colorful Detroit office, but they also love the flexibility to work remotely if need be.
EPrize built its office to be a comfortable and easy place for its team to churn out creative work. Take its "mess hall" program, which enables employees to order food for delivery from local restaurants and have it automatically (and conveniently) deducted from their payroll. Laptops and iPhones are provided, freeing up employees to work and meet anywhere from the Lido Deck (a sundeck with views of downtown) to Central Perk (a loft-style break room outfitted with plush couches and giant TVs).
Employees also enjoy corporate discounts on retail, travel packages, cars, insurance, cellphone plans, restaurants and more. EPrize says it also requires its employees to spend 30 minutes a day on social-networking sites to keep social and business ties strong.
