Consultancy firm Clear has offices in London, Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Amsterdam and New York, and its employees participate in monthly social events such as karaoke, museum visits and beer festivals. Their space is designed in an open-office layout to facilitate sharing ideas and encourage communication.
"We live and breathe our core tenet of the 'Best of Each Other.' We believe true creativity comes from collaboration," says the company. Becca Han, an employee, says, "This is the first place I've worked where people believe that good ideas can come from anywhere or anyone."
Currently located at 270 Lafayette St. in New York, Clear will be moving to a new space at the end of the year, on which it is collaborating with architects to create a bespoke environment to suit its needs. The New York office is organized by skill set and some of the executives include Adam French, founder and managing director of Clear USA, and Ale Gomez, senior consultant for innovation strategy.
