The building design includes open-floor seating, team rooms, bright colors and Energy Rooms, which contain complimentary beverages, TVs and recreational activities such as ping-pong, board games and video games.

Leo Burnett USA has offices in Chicago, Detroit and New York, where they organize weekly thought leadership/knowledge programs so that employees can gain more insight into consumer trends and insights, as well as Lunch & Learns to facilitate discussions based on topics that affect their clients, their company and the industry as a whole.
