The advertising and design agency encourages its employees to dress casually, and its lack of official titles makes for a collaborative and free environment.

Employees also rotate their seating arrangement every three months to facilitate maximum interaction and communication among the staff. The company offers a lot of office perks, including free daily breakfast, free snacks such as soda, cashews and Hershey's bars, weekly yoga and Stella Artois beer on tap. It even organizes music showcases where bands come in and perform at the office.

Located on the far West Side of Manhattan, the office space has no cubicles or private offices; instead, there is an open-floor plan and employees sit together at long worktables. Staffers' mothers' pictures are arranged in a mosaic on the main wall, and the ground floor has high-school-like bleachers for Monday morning company meetings.
