It looks like we've got an embarassment of riches on our hands here in the first week of 2005. First of all, TBWA/Chiat/Day/San Francisco has followed up its crowd-pleasing "Unstoppable" spot for Adidas with another effects tour de force, in which the Detroit Pistons' Chauncey Billups has to face a literal full court press, thanks to effects from Digital Domain and camera work by RSA's Jake Scott. Dr Pepper and Y&R/N.Y., meanwhile, spin a funny tale about the limits of love with help from Meatloaf and Epoch Films' Stacy Wall, while Dairy Queen, Grey and Baker Smith take a joke all
the way in a spot for a new two-fisted hamburger. Not a bad start for 2005.
