BBDO Debuts Mitsubishi Campaign

Mitsubishi "Drums"
Last night, BBDO/N.Y. broke its first commercial for Mitsubishi since taking over the carmaker's account from Deutsch/L.A. in February. The debut spot, directed by RSA's Sam Bayer, introduces the 2006 Eclipse against a backdrop of flames and tribal drumbeats -- the latter composed by Stuart Copeland via Groove Addicts. The commercial also introduces Mitsubishi's new tagline: "Driven to Thrill."
