Riffing off the indecency clampdown that arose with Janet Jackson's Boobapalooza, Fallon/N.Y.'s decidedly lo-fi approach to promoting free airtime and text messaging for Virgin customers layers a V.O. and scrolling copy that reflect on the base-jumping dominatrixes and mud wrestling albino strippers that could have appeared in place of the spots' silly footage of a skating parrot, cabbage, a bunny and Humpty Dumpty.
