SEEK CUSTOMER FEEDBACK: Who's visiting your site (besides your competitors)? Prospects, customers, editors, analysts, and investors. Have you considered what their questions might be? Is your site designed to make it convenient for them to get answers to those questions? Is there an area on your site that explains how other customers are using your products? Or a white paper for editors that positions your products relative to your competitors' products? How about a helpful tips section with the most commonly asked questions answered first? Every time you talk to a customer or an editor on the phone, ask them what they'd like to see on your site.
