STAFFING UP: To set up a staff for your Web site, first decide what your site's goal is--whether it's selling directly to the end-user or just providing information as a supplement. Then create a "webteam" with someone from each department that needs to be involved in the project so you know what is needed by each individual area and that it gels with the site as a whole. As in other business situations, you have a problem if marketers have a vision of what they want done, but the sales force is following a different path.
