24/7 Media plans reverse stock split

New York--Ad network 24/7 Media Inc. said it plans to seek shareholder approval for a reverse stock split to keep its listing on Nasdaq, which requires a minimum bid of $1 a share. The media company's stock was trading at 16 cents on Sept. 4, down from a 52-week high of $14.68.
