24/7 Real Media launches Japan SEM initiative via partnership

New York—Digital marketing company 24/7 Real Media has partnered with Tokyo-based media representative company cyber communications to form a new search engine marketing company serving the Japanese market.

The two companies will merge their subsidiaries—24/7’s K.K. 24-7 and cyber communications’ Dentsu e-Link—to form Dentsu Search & Link. Japan’s largest advertising agency, Dentsu, is a shareholder in both subsidiaries and will remain a shareholder in the new company.
