Published on .

Chicago--Marketing holding company 3I Corp. L.L.C. has closed a second acquisition. 3I, which is led by former TFA/Leo Burnett Technology executive Sean Bisceglia, acquired Chicago-based Corporate Project Resources Inc., a marketing outsourcing firm. Bisceglia is now CEO of the company. 3I Corp.’s first acquisition was Iowa-based b-to-b agency CMF&Z Inc. in January 2002. 3I, which called CMF&Z a “distressed asset,” shuttered the agency less than a year later.
