‘Epic 2014' revisited

By Published on .

Remember ‘Epic 2014'? It was a short video that was an online viral sensation in 2004. The video made a number of predictions about the Internet, and in a Jan. 25 post on John Battelle's Searchblog, Battelle looks back on the video's prognostications. He notes that some of the predictions have staying power. This presages Twitter and Tumblr, or the rise of social editors and supernodes.”
