Four A’s to host inaugural Jay Chiat Strategy Festival

New York—The American Association of Advertising Agencies announced it will host the inaugural Jay Chiat Strategy Festival in Miami Oct. 11–13. The international festival, which recognizes the role of strategy in building brands, businesses and markets, is named in honor of the late advertising veteran Jay Chiat, founder of ChiatDay Advertising in Los Angeles (now TBWAChiatDay).

Andrew Delbridge, chief strategy officer at McKinney, Durham, N.C., has been named chairman of the Four A’s strategy committee responsible for programming the festival.
