AAAA releases Interactive Media Buy guidelines

New York--The American Association of Advertising Agencies on Friday released "Guidelines for the Terms and Conditions of Interactive Media Buys." Over a year in the making, and built out of a consensus of more than 50 advertising agencies, the document includes standardized cancellation terms and agreed upon times for creative delivery, understood terms for payment and financial liability, and clearer definitions of data ownership and indemnifications.
