Sherman Oaks, Calif.—ABCSearch, a pay-per-click ad network and a subsidiary of Internext Media Corp., announced it has released an upgraded version of ClickShield, its fraud-monitoring software customized for ABCSearch advertisers. The software works in real time to scrub clicks against fraudulent activities based on natural user behavior patterns and other methods, according to the company. It also gives advertisers control over where and when their ads appear, which enables poor-performing channels to be identified and turned off.
