ABM announces ‘W.D. Littleford Award’ finalists

New York—American Business Media announced the four finalists for the 2006 W.D. Littleford Awards for Corporate Community Service. They are: the Butterfly Foundation, which provides medical treatment to children in third world countries who suffer from complex spinal deformity; Price Chopper, which contributes to a broad range of community efforts, including the Muscular Dystrophy Association and Red Cross; Prudential Financial, which for more than a decade has been contributing to community efforts throughout Newark, N.J., where it is headquartered; and Travel Guard International, a member of the American International Group, which was nominated for its service through the Make a Mark Foundation. The Littleford Awards will be handed out Aug. 15 in New York.
