ABP board to vote on director candidates

New York--On Nov. 1, the American Business Press board of directors will vote on naming three new directors: Frank Anton, president of Hanley-Wood, Washington, D.C.; Brian Nairn, acting CEO of Cahners Business Information, Newton, Mass.; and Vasant Prabhu, president of The McGraw-Hill Cos., New York. The three are slated to replace outgoing directors Mike Hanley, retiring chairman of Hanley Wood; Bruce Barnet, who resigned as CEO of Cahners; and Norbert Schumacher, who retired as an exec VP-publication services at McGraw-Hill.
