Accenture, Monsanto, IASb2B honored at BMA's B2 Awards

Chicago—Accenture and Monsanto Co. tied for leading corporate marketer and IASb2b, London, was named agency of the year at the Business Marketing Association's B2 Awards. The national awards (previously the Pro-Comm Awards) recognize outstanding b-to-b marketing programs that demonstrate the ability to transform creative ideas into strategic initiatives. The awards were presented July 15 during at a live online video ceremony hosted by BMA Chairman Al Maag. Accenture and Monsanto were recognized for excellence in marketing throughout the year, and IASb2b was honored for innovative campaigns it created for clients. In other categories, Doremus, San Francisco, won best Web and video for Corning's “A Day Made of Glass” online video; gyro, Chicago, won top integrated marketing campaign for USG Corp.'s “The Weight Has Been Lifted” program; Mobium, Chicago, won best brand and identity program for client Herff Jones' “Climate of Achievement” campaign; and Slack & Co., Chicago, won top direct marketing program for a personalized direct campaign for RedPrairie Retail.
