'Access' denied: Publication suspended after June 17 issue

New York-Access, the Sunday tech newspaper magazine, will suspend publication following the June 17 issue. The magazine, which ran as a supplement in as many as 50 newspapers nationwide, was subtitled "America's guide to the Internet." But it fell victim to the weakness in the Web and advertising markets. Founder Mike Veitch, who stepped down as CEO in March, is seeking fresh investment.
