Needham, Mass.--Access Media Inc. said it has partnered with 30 local newspaper sites to create a national Internet advertising network of local newsreaders. The company, which publishes weekly how-to Internet guidebooks for such publications as the New York Post
and The Arizona Republic
, said it expects to reach 150 million monthly impressions with a single insertion order. Advertising sales for the network will be headed by Access Internet Magazine
