Ad revenue up at ‘Wall Street Journal,’ lineage down

New York—Dow Jones & Co. reported that ad revenue for its flagship Wall Street Journal increased 3.6% in November while ad lineage dropped 4.8%. Decreases in classified, technology and financial ad lineage were partially offset by an increase in general ad lineage. Ad revenue for Barron’s rose 9.2%.
