Adconion acquires Frontline Direct for $20 million

New York—Adconion Media Group, an online ad network, has acquired Frontline Direct, a data management and direct marketing company, for $20 million.

The acquisition will expand Adconion’s targeted advertising offerings to agencies and marketers. Adconion last month completed an $80 million round of funding and has plans to expand its presence in North America with the opening of a new office in San Diego.

It currently has offices in Hamburg, London, Melbourne, Munich, New York, Paris, Sydney and Toronto. Its North American headquarters is in Santa Monica, Calif.
