London—Adgistics, a provider of digital asset management software and services, has named Michael Parmenter as VP-business development for its North American operations. Parmenter will be based in the company's first U.S. office, in Chicago.
Parmenter was previously president of the Americas for Adstream, a provider of an advertising digital asset management system. He will be responsible for developing client relationships and fostering Adgistics' growth in North America. The company opened its first North American office in Toronto in 2011.
