AdMarvel, Gannett’s PointRoll launch iPad ad platform

San Mateo, Calif.—Mobile advertising company AdMarvel is partnering with PointRoll, the rich media production subsidiary of Gannett Co., to launch an ad-serving platform for Apple’s new iPad tablet computer and other mobile devices.

The iPad Advertising Platform is designed to source ads from ad networks and includes campaign management, targeting and forecasting capabilities, according to AdMarvel. Other features include click-to-contact, click-to-maps, click-to-app and click-to-video actions.
