Day Software, based in Basel, Switzerland, offers products that help companies manage unstructured content on websites. In addition to managing image and text files, Day’s content management solutions also handle social media, such as customer reviews or blog postings. The deal is expected to close in November.
Last month, Adobe launched a suite of tools to help place ads on Google and Facebook. The tools will be added to the suite of online marketing solutions powered by Web analytics company Omniture, which Adobe acquired late last year.
