San Jose, Calif.—Adobe has added a new predictive publishing feature to Adobe Social, part of the Adobe Marketing Cloud.
The tool makes engagement predictions and timing recommendations to help social marketing teams deliver content that will engage and resonate with their audiences, the company said in a statement. The initial version offers Facebook integration; additional social platforms will be added later this year.
The tool uses sentiment analysis and predictive text-mining algorithms based on historic data about engagement, post times and sentiment. The feature is designed to learn as it goes, continually refining recommendations and getting smarter with each action, the company said.
