Published on .

Marina del Rey, Calif.--AdStar Inc., an application service provider, introduced AdStar Online, a classified service that lets ad agencies post job listings on online job boards. As part of the launch, AdStar announced agreements with Dice.com, JobScience.com and RegionalHelpWanted.com. AdStar has been providing ad placement software and services for the classified business for 15 years, including remote ad entry software that lets advertisers place ads electronically in newspapers and online. The new AdStar Online job posting feature service is free to ad agency clients that are already using AdStar software, while job boards pay a negotiated percentage-based fee. AdStar's agency clients include J. Walter Thompson Co., TMP Worldwide Inc. and Nationwide Advertising Services.
