Adstream acquires Little Black Book Online

London—Adstream, an online advertising technology company, announced the acquisition of Little Black Book Online, a resource directory for the advertising industry. Little Black Book provides contact information for more than 40,000 creative and media professionals worldwide, as well as a social neteworking platform to connect the creative community. Little Black Book will be merged into Adstream's London office. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
