Advanstar adopts new digital health care strategy

Woodcliff Lake, N.J.—B-to-b media company Advanstar Communications announced a new strategic direction for its Healthcare Group that will focus on digital distribution of information and continuing medical education through its centralized physician portal, ModernMedicine.com. Under the plan, all existing Web sites for Advanstar’s health care publications will be integrated into ModernMedicine.com. These Web sites include the online companions of Drug Topics, Medical Economics and Patient Care.
