Most Popular, an online marketing services company, has launched eCRM, an electronic customer relationship management product suite for direct marketers. The software allows advertisers in the network to deliver permission-based e-mail messages, newsletters and incentive-based loyalty offers. Clients include the American Red Cross, Bacardi USA Inc., BMG Direct and Snap-on Inc.
