Advertising Specialty Institute acquires three titles from Prism Business Media

Trevose, Pa.—Advertising Specialty Institute announced late Friday that it has acquired Modern Uniforms, Stitches, Wearables Business and other assets from Prism Business Media. Financial terms were not disclosed. Modern Uniforms and Wearables Business principally serve the advertising specialty industry, while Stitches magazine serves contract embroidery professionals.
