Chicago—Affinity, a contextual ad network, announced the introduction of advanced device-targeting capabilities to its pay-per-click ad platform. Affinity will now offer advertisers the ability to target ads to specific mobile devices such as iPads, iPhones and Android phones. The platform also gives advertisers the ability to target ads according to specific operating systems and Web browsers on mobile devices.
