Agency.com San Francisco rebrands as Signal to Noise

San Francisco—Omnicom Group announced that the San Francisco office of Agency.com will be rebranded as Signal to Noise.

The digital agency will focus on using customer insights supported by data to develop integrated marketing campaigns. Signal to Noise is led by President-CEO Jordan Warren.

Scott Briskman, executive creative director of Signal to Noise, said of the rebranding: “We're creating a new agency born in digital and fluent in all media. Our formula harnesses learning from real data to build compelling and effective creative across channels. We're helping our clients successfully deliver their signal in a sea of noise.”

Omnicom also announced that the New York office of Agency.com is now part of TBWA New York, and the Chicago office is becoming part of TBWA's E-Graphics Worldwide, providing online and search marketing services.
