AIM appoints executive director

New York—The Association for Interactive Marketing, a subsidiary of the Direct Marketing Association, has appointed Michael Aronowitz as executive director. He was previously director of business development and client services at Monster Worldwide.

In his position at AIM, Aronowitz will lead the operations of the association and help promote the future of interactive marketing.

Aronowitz, a 20-year veteran of the direct and interactive marketing industry, started his career at Concepts in Color, a post-production facility. He later founded Zmichaels, a New York-based direct mail agency, and served as president of saleoutlet.com.
