AkzoNobel introduces new corporate brand

Amsterdam, the Netherlands—AkzoNobel, a global coatings company, has rolled out a new brand identity. The new positioning, “Tomorrow’s answers today,” will be communicated through a new logo, brand architecture and a global ad campaign that will be rolled out in a few months. AkzoNobel also announced that it will discontinue the ICI brand, following its acquisition of Imperial Chemicals Industries last year. AkzoNobel manufactures coatings including Glidden and Ralph Lauren Paints.
