Alloy acquires Frontline Marketing for $5.8 million

New York—Alloy Inc., an interactive marketing agency, Friday said it has acquired the operating assets of Frontline Marketing, a national in-store advertising and display network, for $5.8 million. Frontline offers point-of-purchase advertising in roughly 8,000 grocery stores nationwide.
