Published on .

New York—Incisive Media announced Tuesday the rebranding of its ALM unit, which includes The American Lawyer, Real Estate Forum, Law.com and LegalTech. ALM and its various divisions, acquired by Incisive Media in August 2007, will now operate as Incisive Media.

In conjunction with the branding transition, Incisive will be consolidating many of its existing offices into two new facilities at 120 Broadway and 4 MetroTech Center in New York.

“This milestone reflects the growing integration of our organizations, and our ability to collaborate across geographies, markets and businesses for the benefit of customers,” Tim Weller, group chief executive of Incisive Media, said in a statement.
