American Wind Energy Association debuts ad campaign

Washington, D.C.—The American Wind Energy Association kicked off an integrated ad campaign designed to show that a strong Renewable Electricity Standard would help bring jobs and revenue to the U.S. economy.

The campaign includes TV, print and online, and features former automotive workers working in wind energy jobs. The campaign is running in such venues as The Washington Post and on “Meet the Press.”

The budget was undisclosed.
