AMP Agency acquires Rock Coast Media

Boston—AMP Agency, an experiential marketing agency, announced Thursday that it has acquired Rock Coast Media, Newburyport, an interactive agency that focuses on search engine marketing.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

“With the addition of Rock Coast Media’s search offerings, AMP Agency rounds out its integrated social and display advertising solutions, allowing brands to leverage full-scope marketing services alongside innovative technologies to maximize their online investment and extend the impact of campaigns,” AMP CEO Gary Colen said in a statement.
