ANA study finds room for improvement in integrated marketing

New York—More than half (58%) of marketers said their companies could improve their integrated marketing efforts, according to a new survey by the Association of National Advertisers. “Integrated Marketing Survey, Fourth Edition” was based on an online survey of 73 senior marketers, conducted during the fourth quarter. It found that 42% of marketers rate their companies' integrated marketing efforts as very good or excellent, up significantly from 25% when the ANA last conducted the survery in 2008. The study also found that 29% of companies now have titles specific to integrated marketing, up from 24% in 2008.
