White Plains, N.Y.--A pair of companies separately announced Monday services designed to help marketers measure the return on investment on e-mail marketing campaigns. Learn2.com, White Plains, N.Y., introduced AdaptiveProxy Tracking, which follows e-mail recipients when they visit a site and charts whether they purchased or left without completing a deal. Meanwhile, AdKnowledge, Palo Alto, Calif., introduced Data Compass, which measures customers' response to advertisements. New features include daily charts and graphs, which can be used to measure the efficacy of one advertising campaign against a second running concurrently.
