BtoB provides customer support to GE Plastics

Pasadena, Inc. announced an agreement with GE Plastics to provide online customer support for the thermoplastic resin supplier. The technology supplied by allows customers and prospects to visit GE Plastics' Web sites and ask questions in ``plain English'' by clicking on the ``askEdison'' icon. ``AskEdison vastly improves the speed at which our customers get answers and information from our Web site,'' Gerry Podesta, general manager-e-business for GE Plastics, said in a statement. ``Giving them a good experience each time they visit us online is critical--and askEdison really helps make that happen.''
