AOL introduces revamped version of AOL News

Published on .

Dulles, Va.—AOL on Tuesday rolled out a revamped version of AOL News (http://news.aol.com/) that combines traditional news, blogs and social news on a single Web page.

The center column now features updated news stories delivered in a blog-style format that allows readers to comment on each story. The right column offers updated news headlines and breaking news from major media outlets, including CNN and the Associated Press. The left side of the page features stories that are generating the most user interest.

The site also includes “Topics Pages,” covering a wide array of issues such as health and science.
